Each of Vitafoam's Conversion units has the very latest in CNC computerized cutting and profiling equipment which enables us to cut any shape two dimensionally with an extremely high degree of accuracy, time after time. All our units are able to fabricate the most complex components using environmentally friendly water based adhesive.
