Vitafoam's production units have played a dominant role in this growth with facilities on all sites supplying the furniture market.

Cushioning is supplied in high quality 6 or 12 denier hollow fibre which is carded or blown into nonwoven Polypropylene or Source 3 Interliner covers suitable for fixed or loose cover upholstery.

Premium grade raw material ensures that products are consistently soft and durable, being engineered by Vitafoam's specialist product development department, to retain their comfort and support with densities of 35-40kg/m3 for backs and 40-45kg/m3 for seats.
